The Smash Cake Kit Refund/Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Since the Smash Cake Kit consists of perishable goods, returns cannot be accepted.

Refund

If you would like to request a refund, please contact london@donovanadv.com and we will process your request.

If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for 5 business days for the credit to process.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at london@donovanadv.com and send your item to: 180 W Airport Rd, Lititz, PA 17543.
